How to prepare your Green Tea Ice Cream:

1. Gently whisk egg yolks in a cooking pan.
2. Add milk and sugar in the pan and blend well.
3. Place the pan on low heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly.
4. When the mixture is thicken, take away from the heat.
5. Soak the bottom of the pan in ice water and chill the mixture.
6. Combine hot water and green tea powder together.
7. Add the green tea in the egg mixture and mix well, cooling in ice water.
8. Add heavy cream in the mixture and mix well.

Once that is complete you simply freeze your green tea ice cream in your favorite ice cream maker, and enjoy!
